In 2015, Liz began co-leading 200-hour yoga teacher trainings. Since that time, Liz has trained and certified hundreds of 200-hour teachers in Nashville, Tenn., Oxford, Miss., Johnson City, Tenn., and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
In 2019, she began leading 300-hour certifications and now works alongside many graduates from this program as they facilitate 200-hour trainings.
In addition to her own trainings, she has assisted training programs all over the world with the Baptiste Institute for nearly a decade and loves the opportunity to continue learning and growing in this way.
